Welcome Callum Brookes

Midtherm Engineering Ltd has recently employed a new Apprentice Estimator, Callum Brookes.

He is currently attending LEMA: Lean Engineering and Manufacturing Academy, Dudley, the academy offers an apprenticeship programme which works with the students to enable them to learn new skills and fully prepare them for the world of work.

At 17 years old Callum enjoys watching football, playing football and hopes to pass his driving test in the upcoming months.

Callum will be working in the Estimating Department alongside Adam Slipanczewski, Roxy Hackett and Ryan Watton, generating quotations, answering technical queries and carrying out site surveys.

He is keen to learn everything about our field of work and looks forward to his journey at Midtherm Engineering.
